Thank you for a wonderful, once in a lifetime trip to Everest Basecamp. Communication before the trek with Ram was excellent and he was very polite and reassuring throughout the process. We were then picked up by Sanjib after landing and he gave us further excellent advice and a rundown of what will happen over the next few days.

We then met our guide Dipak. He couldn't be a more helpful, attentive, thoughtful and proactive guide. He helped us with our kit before the trek and nothing was too much trouble. As with any trek you may encounter issues. Dipak managed these challenges seamlessly informing us every step of the way what our options were and actioning them effectively. He has years of experience as a guide in Nepal and it really shows. Him and our porter Hira worked together as a team - making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our trek. We were able to achieve our goal on reaching basecamp because of them. Highly recommend booking with this company and Dipak as a guide. Thank you again for all your hard work!

We had a great experience trekking to Everest basecamp. From arriving at Kathmandu airport we were taken care of, being transported to our hotel where our guide (Dipak) and company CEO was waiting for us and gave us a breakdown of each day.

Dipak was an excellent and attentive guide, from ordering our food along the way to aiding us in purchasing the correct gear before heading off. Due to our flight to Lukla being cancelled (bad weather) he quickly arranged alternative transport (Jeep) so as to keep to schedule.

A special shout out to our porter (Hira) who did an amazing job and also gave us our next day itinerary on occasion.

We are a couple from Denmark who have long wanted to go The Manaslu Circuit. In this connection, we reached out to one of our friends who recommended Prem. They had gone to Manaslu together a few years ago and he put us in touch. From the first contact Prem has been super professional and he has been very attentive to our needs and wishes for the trip. When we arrived in Kathmandu, Prem picked us up at the airport and walked us to the hotel. Our trip started on our 3rd holiday and everything was very organized and we felt completely safe throughout the trip. Prem guided us over Larke Pass in the best way, and we are incredibly happy to have shared such a great experience with him. In connection with our return journey, Prem came to our hotel and he accompanied us to the airport and wished us a safe journey. 

Apart from organizing our trip to Manaslu, Prem has reached out and been extremely helpful throughout our 6 week journey.

Had the great pleasure to do Everest Base Camp trek with Heaven Himalaya back in November 2024, and was thrilled to have chosen such a competent and well organised travel agency. From the start their communication was clear, quick and detailed, which gave me confidence to take the plunge and book the trek with them.

All the logistics and planning, from the moment I've landed in Kathmandu until flying out, were seamlessly taken care of. This significantly helped me ease my mind and focus primarily on completing such channeling trek, which ended up being a breeze thanks to my guide Dipak (and my porter Kira). Just want to highlight what a great guide Dipak is, a true professional with almost two decades of experience and a lovely guy to trek with. Both him and Kira made sure that I would never have to worry about anything else apart from trekking, and were always proactive in resolving any potential hiccups that may arise.

To finish off the trek the company somehow even managed to get me a heli ride out of Lukla (at no extra cost), as there were no airplanes taking off for a couple of days due to the weather. Again huge thanks to the team and I can't recommend Heaven Himalaya highly enough - they will be my go-to agency from now on when traveling to that part of the world
